FileNet to Laserfiche

A FileNet P8 estate approaching the end of its support contract, with a records classification that had taken years to agree. Classes, properties and security were mapped to Laserfiche, content moved in rehearsed batches, and the retention schedule was rebuilt before cutover rather than after it.

Logistics

Invoice automation rollout

Three operating entities, three approval hierarchies and one finance team keying invoices by hand. Capture was configured to read invoices from email and scanner, match them against purchase orders, and route exceptions to a single queue, with approval rules held per entity.

Insurance

Image Services consolidation

A claims archive spread across ageing Image Services hardware, with retention obligations that made deletion impossible and no supported upgrade path. Content and index data were profiled, mapped and consolidated, with annotations and audit history preserved and every document reconciled against the source count.

Banking

Records-managed rollout

An existing repository needed a defensible retention story and a front end business users would actually adopt. A records plan was built against the existing content, the interface configured around how the teams already worked, and desk-level training delivered to the people inheriting it.

Manufacturing

Cross-version upgrade

An engineering drawing repository several versions behind support, running on a deprecated application server. The upgrade was staged side by side so production was never rebuilt in place, with the application repointed at cutover after a rehearsed delta run.
